Ingredients

  • Chicken Lemon Curry (1 kg),

  • Lemon Curry (4),

  • Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tbsp),

  • Ginger Garlic paste (1 tbsp),

  • Salt (1/2 tsp), Oil or Butter (2-3 tbsp)


  • Saunf (1/2 tsp),

  • Amchor (1 tsp),

  • Pasi Aalu (1/2 tsp),

  • Black Salt (1/2 tsp),

  • Crushed Black Pepper (1 tbsp),

  • Cumin (1 tbsp),

  • Coriander (1 tbsp).

Preparation

In order to make this dish, you will need to first marinate the chicken. To do this, mix water, vinegar, and salt together and let the chicken soak in the mixture for 3 to 5 hours. Afterwards, in a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oil, and ginger garlic paste. Coat the chicken well with this mixture and place it in a baking tray, then cover it with foil. Bake at 2000 degrees for 30 minutes and then give it a good stir.

For seasoning, blend cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and black pepper in a blender. Then add sonth, amchoor, pasi alla chakki, and black salt to the mixture and mix. Sprinkle this seasoning on the chicken and cover it with foil. Finally, serve the chicken with rice and a side salad.
