About the Recipe

Ingredients

  •    Mince Meat      -        Half kg

  • 2.    Ginger garlic paste           -       1 teaspoon

  • 3.    Salt           -        1 teaspoon

  • 4.    Turmeric         -     Half teaspoon

  • 5.    Green chili paste           -      1 teaspoon

  • 6.    Red chili powder        -     1 teaspoon

  • 7.    Roasted peanuts        -     2 tablespoon

  • 8.    Yogurt        -        1 tablespoon

  • 9.    Garam masala powder      -     Half tablespoon

  • 10.   Roasted poppy seed       -      1 tablespoon

  • 11  Roasted dry coconut      -      2  tablespoon


  • 12   Fried Onions         - half cup

Preparation

Step 1


    Marinate mince meat with all above ingredients for 2 hours.



Step 2

.    After 2 hours put  ½ cup oil in a pan add the mince and put the flame at very  low and cover the pan.



Step 3

    Water release in the meat stir the meat ocassionaly for 2 to 3 times.



Step 4


1.    When the water dry completely and air release put the lemon juice of half lemon and put some corriender and mint leaves.


Step 5

1.    Put the burning charcoal with some butter on it in the middle of pan and cover it tightly for ½ hour.


                              Now dum qeema is ready to serve
