Ingredients

  • Fresh Milk (2 liters),

  • Condensed Milk (1 tin),

  • Green Cadman (8),

  • Qalaqand (1 cup),

  • Rice (1/2 cup),

  • Sugar (1/2 cup),

  • Almonds/Pistachio Nuts (to taste).

Preparation

Methods: Wash the rice, then let it sit for 15 minutes. In a pan, add the milk and cook it until thick. Add wet rice, green Cadman, and sugar, cook and stir. When everything has combined well, turn off the heat. Let it cool for 15 minutes, then add the condensed milk. Mix with Almonds and Pistachio Nuts, then serve in pottery and freeze. Top with crushed Qalaqand and decorate with Almonds/Pistachio Nuts and silver leaf.
