Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken (1/2 kg cubed and flattened)

  • Water (1/4 cup)

  • Green Chilies (6, ground)

  • , Ginger Garlic (1 tbsp heaped),

  • Tomatoes (2, sliced)

  • , Ginger (julienned, 1 tbsp),

  • Salt (1 tsp),

  • Ghee (1/2 cup),

  • Yogurt (1/2 cup)

  • , Kasori Methi (1 tsp),

  • Green Chilies (julienned, 3),

  • Crushed Black Pepper (1/2 tsp heaped),

  • Red Pepper (crushed, 1/2 tsp).

Preparation

Heat the tawa, add water, ground green chilies, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, and chicken. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Add salt, both types of crushed pepper, julienned ginger, whipped curd, kasori methi, and cook until a thick gravy remains and oil floats on top. Finally, add sliced green chilies.
