Ingredients
Chicken Mince ½ kg
Onion (chopped) 1
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Green Chilies (chopped) 2
Coriander (chopped) 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Flour 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil for frying
Samosa
Wrap 1 packet
Preparation
To make samosas, start by combining chicken mince, onion, chili powder, and cheese in a bowl. Season with salt, turmeric, cumin, and coriander, and mix everything together well. In a separate bowl, whisk an egg and flour together. Then, take a tablespoon of the mince mixture and wrap it in a samosa wrap, shaping it into a triangular shape. Use the egg and flour mixture to seal the edges. Next, heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas for about 8 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve the samosas hot.
